Nunine — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between Nunine, operated by CV SEMBILAN INOVASI GLOBAL , registered at KP. CITARIK RT. 009 RW. 003, KARANGSARI, CIKARANG TIMUR, KAB. BEKASI, JAWA BARAT Nunine and you as a user or purchaser. By accessing www.nunine.id, our official social channels, or our official marketplace stores (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

  • Platform: Nunine’s website, mobile site, and official digital channels.

  • Products: Fashion and lifestyle goods sold by Nunine, including bags, wallets, and accessories.

  • Order: Your purchase of Products via the Platform or official stores.

  • Payment Partner: Our payment processor(s) (e.g., Midtrans) integrated to accept your payments.

2) General

2.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Platform.
2.2. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, stop using the Platform.
2.3. The governing language is Indonesian; any translation (including this English version) is for convenience only. In case of conflict, the Indonesian version prevails.

3) Account & Eligibility

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old or supervised by a legal guardian.
3.2. You are responsible for providing accurate, current account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
3.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected violations or fraudulent activity.

4) Product Information & Availability

4.1. We strive to display colors, materials, and specifications accurately; minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production processes.
4.2. Stock is dynamic. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel the Order and refund you via the original payment method.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

5.1. Prices are listed in [IDR] and include applicable taxes—adjust as required.
5.2. Shipping, insurance, or other fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
5.3. Vouchers/promotions are subject to program rules (period, quota, eligible channels, usage limits). Abuse may result in Order cancellation.

6) Orders & Confirmation

6.1. An Order is accepted once payment is successfully authorized/confirmed by our Payment Partner.
6.2. We will send Order notifications via the contact details you provide (email/SMS/DM).
6.3. We may reject or cancel an Order due to suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, or breach of these Terms.

7) Payment

7.1. Payments are processed by Midtrans, supporting cards, bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallets, and other available methods.
7.2. Authorization, settlement, and card data security are handled by the Payment Partner in line with applicable standards.
7.3. Failed or timed-out payments may automatically void the Order.

8) Shipping & Risk of Loss

8.1. Shipments are fulfilled by third-party couriers (e.g., JNE/J&T/Sicepat/Anteraja/Pos/instant couriers).
8.2. Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by courier/force majeure are outside Nunine’s control.
8.3. Risk passes to you when the package is handed over to the courier. Shipping insurance is recommended where available.
8.4. You are responsible for a complete and accurate address. Re-delivery due to invalid addresses may incur additional fees.

9) Returns & Exchanges

9.1. We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects or incorrect items within [7] calendar days of receipt (based on tracking data).
9.2. Conditions:

  • Unused beyond try-on, original tags/seals attached, complete packaging, and proof of purchase.

  • Unboxing photos/videos are required for defect/shortage claims.
    9.3. Non-returnable: final-sale items, personalized/engraved items, and items showing wear (scratches, stains, odor).
    9.4. Process: submit a request to [hello@nunine.id/ WhatsApp: 62 813-9902-9999] with evidence. Once approved, ship back within [3] business days.
    9.5. Remedies: repair, like-for-like replacement, or refund to the original method (for wrong item/confirmed factory defect). Return shipping cost is borne by [Nunine/Customer—choose per policy].

10) Craftsmanship Warranty

10.1. Limited warranty of 30 days for workmanship issues (e.g., stitching, loose hardware) not caused by normal wear or misuse.
10.2. We will repair at an authorized workshop or replace components of equivalent value. Proof of purchase is required.

11) Intellectual Property

11.1. All content (brand names, logos, photos, designs, text) belongs to Nunine or its licensors.
11.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

12) Prohibited Use

You must not: (i) violate laws or third-party rights, (ii) upload misleading/infringing content, (iii) engage in fraud, scraping, reverse-engineering, or any activity that disrupts the Platform.

13) Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunine is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect/incidental/consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of Products. Our aggregate liability (if any) is limited to the value of the related Order.

15) Force Majeure

We are excused from performance for events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, fire, civil unrest, war, government action, network/logistics disruptions, epidemics/pandemics).

16) Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Nunine’s Privacy Policy (separate document). By transacting, you consent to processing by Nunine and our Payment/Logistics partners as needed to fulfill your Order.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
17.2. Disputes should first be resolved amicably within [30] calendar days.
17.3. If unresolved, disputes may be brought to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) or [District Court at Nunine’s domicile].

18) Miscellaneous

18.1. If any provision is found invalid/unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
18.2. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
18.3. You may not assign your rights/obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
