General Delivery info
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic (Indonesia): Estimated delivery 2–5 business days, depending on courier and destination.
International: Estimated delivery 5–14 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or unexpected conditions.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (INDONESIA)
Shipped with trusted local couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, etc.).
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Nunine ships to over 50 countries via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
All shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) — import taxes, duties, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Standard delivery time is 5–14 business days, but may vary depending on customs processing.
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customs, shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
International: Returns are accepted; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Defective or wrong item: Return shipping is covered by Nunine.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection of returned items.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
